"I have just read your article on the [Internet] about the Oodnadatta track. I hope you realise that you have given readers incorrect and misleading information. You cannot travel along the Oodnadatta track to Granite Downs. That road is a private station road that crosses our cattle station. It does not have public access. Under no circumstances do we encourage tourists to access our property without our permission. We spend thousands of dollars a year maintaining that road and repairing it after the damage that tourists cause. I would like you to amend your article and remove the information that states you can travel to Granite Downs, which, by the way is part of the APY lands and also has resticted access. So, please in the future, get your facts right."
