Australian Medical Association Enterprise Agreement Queensland

We consulted with members for the development and approval of the Claims Journal. The agreement will provide improved terms and salaries for members. It will also preserve and protect current conditions. The ASMOFQ team, in collaboration with our legal partner HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, has the capacity and expertise to provide specialist health services, advice and interests in all labour relations and labour relations matters concerning members of AMA Queensland employed physicians. We represent Senior Medical Officers (SMOs), Resident Medical Officers (RMOs), Registrars, Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and International Medical Graduates (IMGs) employed by Queensland Hospital and Health Services. While the awards are presented by the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC), the agreements are negotiated by Queensland Health and Queensland Health staff representatives. After approval by the staff covered by the proposed agreement (through a voting procedure), the agreements are certified by the QIRC. Primary working and employment conditions for the majority of Queensland Health employees are imposed through bonuses and agreements. ASMOFQB has been approached by members of the Royal Flying Doctor (RFDS) Queensland Section to negotiate the first company agreement that will cover medical officers employed in the Queensland RFDS sections. The following awards and agreements apply to Queensland Health employees: Queensland Health has seven important agreements that impose rates of pay and other terms and conditions of employment for employees (excluding senior and senior management). Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workforce (Queensland Health) Certified Agreement (No. 1) 2019. Negotiation period: From August 2018, AMA Queensland/ASMOF Queensland Branch will conduct negotiations every two weeks with Mater Health Services.

With the support of our industry, the Australian Salaried Medical Officers Federation Queensland Branch (ASMOFQB), our team will continue to do the following: Queensland Public Health Sector Certified Agreement (No. 10) 2019 BACKPAY Queensland Health has confirmed orally that the goal is for medical officers to be reimbursed on 26 June 2019. If this date changes, we will notify members accordingly. During the contractual period, we continue to engage with members to ensure that your claims are upheld and that violations of the agreement are properly corrected.. . .
